Thank you for considering our cottage for your vacation. A couple important details before you continue. 1. The cottage is not for rent as event space. It's not fair to our awesome neighbors. No more than 10 people are allowed on the property at any given time. It is for a family-sized vacation. 2. No pets. 3. We have a 6 night minimum. If you are okay with the preceding details , we would love for you to be our guests. Take time to enjoy and relax in this newly remodeled cottage home. This cottage home features all of the luxuries and amenities one could imagine with the privacy and comfort of cottage living. This home is only steps away from the water’s edge. With over 50 feet of waterfront you will be able to enjoy your vacation to its fullest. Our dock is also ready and available for lounging, watching the sunset or jumping off into the water. If fishing is how you enjoy spending your time, you won’t have to travel far. Cottage-goers can fish from the dock or by canoe.
This 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage with large eat-in kitchen and 2 car garage, Large deck with ample seating, dining table and umbrella provide guests with a wonderful view of the water. Everything in this cottage is newly remodeled. The kitchen is very spacious with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave and many small kitchen appliances. This kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and utensils, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker. The living room sofa and love seat provide you with comfortable seating for reading, television, movies, entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy watching television and movies on the 48” LED Smart TV with Cable and DVD player. Wi-Fi is also included. The master bedroom with large queen sized bed is located on the main floor off the kitchen with a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable. The full-sized down stairs bath features a bathtub and shower. Linens are included.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space available. The second floor provides guests with a tremendous view of lake and pond. The upstairs bathroom has a tiled walk in shower.
This cottage home is built for year round accommodation and has a great main floor wood burning fireplace as well as central heat to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The basement laundry houses a full sized washer and dryer for guests use. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a complete meal. Guest can also enjoy a barbecue, canoeing, (life-jackets provided), board games, movies, and more.
The cottage will be spotless-clean when you arrive and we ask that it is left in the same clean condition in which it was found. All bed linen including sheets, blankets, and bedspreads will be provided.

Kitchen:
• Refrigerator is wiped clean
• Empty ice-trays are provided
• The stove/oven will be presented in spotless condition.
• All kitchen items (plates, glasses, utensils, kitchen appliances, etc) are cleaned.
• Floor is swept and steam-cleaned

• Structure/railings/decks are hosed off and cleaned
On-going Maintenance
• Flower beds are weeded
• Lawn is irrigated, mowed, trimmed and hard surfaces cleaned on a weekly or as needed basis

• Pest control applied seasonally (mainly for all loving bugs as insects)
• 2 inspection and fee-based permits are up-to-date and filed accordingly
• (1 year) Short-term rental and (3 year) rental unit
Repairs-
• If it‘s an emergency, it will be addressed upon call or reasonably thereafter. Everything else will be scheduled for repair upon departure
